Really enjoyed our rooms with king size bed. The location was marvellous, in Dallas! Plus, it was just off several restaurants and several shopping areas.

It was a fine place to stay in Plano. It was a convenient location for us, right by several restaurants as well as several shopping areas. We truly enjoyed the breakfast.

The property is immaculately clean; spotlessly clean rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Awesome, comfortable location just next door to Plano, several restaurants, and the services, pleasant staff. For tea or coffee visit Ben & Jerry's nearby. What a such great stay, no complains at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I loved having a full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave in my room, which allowed me to easily purchase groceries and eat healthily during my trip. The staff was very helpful, especially when I accidentally booked the wrong date and they quickly accommodated my request to change to a deluxe room. The location was also great, just steps away from my husband. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

Almost perfect. The only downside to my stay was a moment of rudeness from the day manager. However, this minor incident did not dampen my overall positive experience at this hotel.

The rooms they have were reasonably large and fantastic with king size bed, the ac unit plus a couch. The service was good and the staff were consistently courteous.

Cigarette smoke smell: Although our room was on a non-smoking floor, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This was quite unpleasant and made our stay less enjoyable.

The location was convenient and the rate was affordable. The room had useful amenities like a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The contemporary interior design and ample storage space were great. Additionally, the hotel provided a laundry room and a wake-up call service as requested.

Felt relaxed, no complaints.
